Thanks for being a client of Motley Crow - a new concept of entertainment, working and learning public place. You can spend here time with friends, co-working or rent a room for private event. Here we describe if and how we collect, use, and handle your personal information when you use our website and/оr services (“Services”).
Motley Crow is committed to all aspects of data protection and takes its duties, and the duties of its employees, under the General Data Protection Regulation seriously. This policy sets out how Motley Crow deals with personal data, including data subject access requests, and employees' obligations about personal data.

What & Why We Use
We do not do profiling on our customer database for any purposes. We do not process any data that involves special category data or criminal conviction and offence data. We collect and use the following information to provide, improve, and protect our Services:
Your information. We collect, and associate with you, the information you provide to us when you use our facilities. For the time being we collect only your name, so we can positively recognize a person. We need this only in accordance to do our job and be able to deliver the customer experience you deserve.

Your Information. Motley Crow does not share your information with anyone!
Others working for and with Motley Crow. Motley Crow does not use any third parties (for example, providers of customer support and IT services) to help us provide and promote our Services.
Other users. Our Services display only your name and no other information. When you register with Motley Crow, we don’t make this information visible to other users.
Motley Crow Team Admins. If you are not a Motley Crow client but interact with a Motley Crow team member, he may be able to view you name or any other information that you disclose with him at the time of that interaction.
Law & Order and the Public Interest. We may disclose your information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or appropriate government request; (b) protect any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Motley Crow or our users; (d) protect Motley Crow’s rights, property, safety, or interest; or (e) perform a task carried out in the public interest.
